The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o’clock, and since our room was ready they gave us an early check in. At reception we were also welcomed by the General Manager and we were offered a glass of champagne. We were then showed to our room by another member of the staff. The room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. We were also given a bottle of champagne, a fruit platter and a personalized welcome message by the personal manager. We also a booked a massage which was absolutely perfect and very relaxing. In addition, as a person with Gluten allergy I was very pleased and surprised to see that the breakfast buffet has allergy labels on all food and gluten free bread and cakes individually packed.

It was a great choice.The Hotel is in a quite place.Rooms were spacious, total clean and luxurious with see view. Nice Decoration and great facilities all over the hotel. Personal is always friendly and helpful. Many choices in Breakfast with fresh products. The management make you feel unique with small gifts at your arrival and on the day of departure. And don't forget the excellent spa services. As people who have worked in Hospitality in Greece and abroad for years as managers and having visited several hotels in Europe, we highly recommend it. We definitely come back in future.

We loved everything. We went to Herbal Hotel during the peak season (second half of August) still the food was good, hotel was clean and staff was allways smiling and helpful. It is vey well managed hotel. Even it is small hotel it has spa which we enjoyed our 25 minute complimentary massage. Pool was clean and always active. Everyone was enjoying it. Location of the hotel is also amazing 5 minutes walk to the cleanest sea you can find and walking distance to nice restaurants and still not in the crowded parts of Protaras. I am sure there are fancier hotels around Cyprus but very little have the hospitality of Herbal Hotel. You get way more than what you paid there, definetly coming back.

The stay we had at the hotel was amazing. The stuff were friendly and helpful. At the first place we booked the junior suite although there was none left so they provided us with a different room with sea view and upgraded us to all inclussive. Mr.Michalis the manager was very helpfull and understanding. We ordered room service food which was amazing and the stuff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable, the whole room was big and comfortable as well. When we entered the room there was as well a champagne to welcome us , which we really apreciated it. Liked the pool and the amenities as well. The whole stay was exceptional , really recomend it, for couples, and for families. Thank you for the amazing stay.

Beautiful Hotel, set back and in a lovely quiet area. Our room was lovely and very spacious with a view over the pool and out to sea. We had a lovely welcome bottle of Champagne and fruit platter waiting for us as well as a glass on arrival. Staff were always polite and friendly and the breakfast selection was huge and always delicious. Everywhere was kept clean and tidy at all times. We did not have any evening meals in the Hotel so couldn’t comment on this. The Hotel is very close to shops and restaurants and the beautiful award winning beaches which are very well run and maintained. We would absolutely recommend this Hotel for a relaxing getaway and would love to come again!

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional 5-star hotel during the low season, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway to unwind. Upon arrival, we were graciously upgraded to a sea-view room, which offered stunning views and added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. A special mention to Mr. Mixalis, the General Manager, who went above and beyond by inviting us for a complimentary lunch. The hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding, and it made our stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, beautiful location, and serene environment. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

Everything. The lobby is beautiful. Champagne greeting upon reception. Pool and amenities fantastic and everything you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. However what sets it apart is the service and the staff. In particular the hot general manager Mikalis and the restaurant manager George are absolutely exceptional and extremely good at their jobs - nothing was too much trouble. We felt extremely looked after with personal service. Delightful stay, highly recommended to anyone and would stay again in a heartbeat.
