The stay we had at the hotel was amazing. The stuff were friendly and helpful. At the first place we booked the junior suite although there was none left so they provided us with a different room with sea view and upgraded us to all inclussive. Mr.Michalis the manager was very helpfull and understanding. We ordered room service food which was amazing and the stuff was very kind. The bed was very comfortable, the whole room was big and comfortable as well. When we entered the room there was as well a champagne to welcome us , which we really apreciated it. Liked the pool and the amenities as well. The whole stay was exceptional , really recomend it, for couples, and for families. Thank you for the amazing stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional 5-star hotel during the low season, and it was truly a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and peaceful, making it the perfect getaway to unwind. Upon arrival, we were graciously upgraded to a sea-view room, which offered stunning views and added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. A special mention to Mr. Mixalis, the General Manager, who went above and beyond by inviting us for a complimentary lunch. The hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding, and it made our stay feel even more special. Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations with its impeccable service, beautiful location, and serene environment. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious retreat.

We loved the character of the place, it is not an all inclusive resort which was very important for us. The place is new, beautifully decorated and very clean. Is it next to the sea and beautiful promenade that you can walk to the city center. Freshly squeezed orange juice for breakfast and exotic ara parrot were cherries on the cake. The staff is friendly and taking really good care of guests. It was a great stay and we are looking forward to come back. Greetings to everyone!

We booked this hotel for one night in the second weekend of October to celebrate my wife's birthday. We chose this hotel because of the very good reviews it had on booking.com particularly in terms of the level of professionalism and friendliness of its staff. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by Michael, the general manager, and we realised straight away that we had made the right choice. The hotel had the right size and was brand new and very clean. Its location was great too - just a few minutes to the beach (in fact it is much closer than what the pictures show). The rooms are very modern and the balcony views are amazing. Above all, we were really impressed by the high level of professionalism of Michael and his staff who did so much to ensure that our short stay would be exactly what we wanted. They all took so good care of us. Thank you for the excellent level of service and the amazing hospitality. We will definitely come back!
